Please make your submission online
You will need to provide the following information:
- Your full name, affiliation and e-mail address;
- An extended abstract (up to 3 pages) or, if possible, a full paper (preferably, in PDF format); and
- A short abstract (up to 2000 symbols). This paper/abstract will become downloadable from our website. The abstract will be printed in the book of abstracts. If you choose not to make your paper available on our website, please upload a blank pdf from your account on this website and send the paper directly to email@example.com
The official deadline for receiving submissions is April 15, 2020. Please observe this deadline so that talks may be scheduled in the most appropriate manner. By mid May, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your paper. In the former case, we will send you an e-mail with information on registration fee payment, accommodation possibilities, and arrival instructions. The schedule of talks on the conference will be announced by the middle of May.
